Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Ulika is a competition BBQ team specializing in pork shoulder, ribs, chicken and beef brisket. Founded by 28-year-old Chief Cook Rob Marlow, the team began competing on the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) circuit in the spring of 2006, entering their first competition at Winchester’s High On The Hog event.
In addition to competition cooking, Ulika caters both large and small events in the Middle Tennessee area and offers specialty smoked items for the holidays.
